Debtor Services
What we can do for you?
If we have contacted you it is very important that you get in touch with us immediately. If you are able to settle your account in full using a debit or credit card, you can pay using the facility on this site.
If you are unable to settle your debt in full, our highly trained staff will discuss your individual circumstances with you. Depending on the outcome of these discussions, we may be able to accept instalment arrangements that reflect your own personal financial circumstances. We will revisit these arrangements with you on a regular basis to ensure that your payments reflect your current personal and financial circumstances.
We can also tell you where to find independent advice on all debt related matters if required.
What is the debt for?
Debt Managers is a debt collection agency. Your account may be with us because you may have stopped paying your account altogether or not kept up with the minimum monthly contractual payment. Your lender or service provider will usually have attempted to recover the money you owe which may have included action by another debt collection agency. Your account may be with us because a satisfactory outcome has not been reached.
Your lender or service provider would have attempted to contact you when you first fell behind with your payments. They may have spoken with you quite recently or indeed their attempts to contact you might have been unsuccessful.
Their lack of contact and collection has resulted in your account being passed to us. Therefore, you should not attempt to contact your original lender - they will only refer you back to us.
If you are unsure what the debt in question relates to or you think that the debt has already been paid in full, please contact us immediately on the number shown on the correspondence that you have received from us. Please quote your account reference number when you speak to us. Our staff will be able to help you with your enquiry.
What will happen if I don't pay?
Your debt will not disappear, and simply ignoring it is not a solution. Continual non-payment may result in legal action being taken against you. We are here to help you repay your debt - It is very important to contact us now.
