How can you pay?

We want to make it simple and convenient for you to settle your account. We will not charge you any additional banking or payment fees when you make payments to your account.

If you wish to settle your account balance in full using a credit or debit card, then the simplest way to do this is on our website using our online payment facility.

If you are unable to settle your account in full today then you must contact us immediately using the number that is shown on the correspondence that has been sent to you or call 0131 270 5400 for assistance.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit/Debit Cards – All major credit and debit cards are accepted. You can review your account balance and make a credit/debit card payment to clear your balance, using our online payment facility. If you are unable to clear your balance in full, our staff will be happy to discuss your account and take your payment over the phone. Contact details can be found here.

Cheque and Postal Orders - Cheques and postal orders should be sent directly to us, made to Debt Managers Ltd. Please ensure that you print your reference number on the back of the cheque. If you are using a third-party to write the cheque, please make sure that you print your name and reference number on the back of the cheque.

Bank Giro Credit - You can take your payment slip to any post office and pay with cash or credit/debit card. Please ensure you give them your reference number and name when you make the payment. You can request payment slips online, using our website or by speaking to our staff on the numbers shown above.
