We would like to carry out an assessment of your financial circumstances with you, to see if you are in a position to make regular affordable repayments towards your outstanding balance.

You can make payments by the method most convenient to you - choose from: direct debit, standing order, continuous card payment authority, via our telephone payment line, bank giro credit or by card securely on line at www.dmpay.co.uk

What is the debt for?

Debt Managers (Services) Ltd is a debt collection agency. Your account may be with us because you may have stopped paying your account altogether or not kept up with the minimum monthly contractual payment. Your lender or service provider will usually have attempted to recover the money you owe which may have included action by another debt collection agency. Your account may be with us because a satisfactory outcome has not been reachedYour lender or service provider would have attempted to contact you when you first fell behind with your payments. They may have spoken with you quite recently or indeed their attempts to contact you might have been unsuccessful.Their lack of contact and collection has resulted in your account being passed to us.

If you are unsure what the account in question relates to or you think that the account has already been paid in full, please contact us immediately on the number shown on the correspondence that you have received from us. Please quote your account reference number when you speak to us. Our staff will be happy to help you with your enquiry.

If you are already managing your account via a third party organisation just let us know and we will deal with them directly at your request. All you need to do is give us your permission, their contact details and your reference number - we will do the rest.
