Payment Methods

How can you pay?

We want to make it simple and convenient for you make a payment. We will not charge you any additional banking or payment fees when you make payments to your account. If you wish to make a payment, then the simplest way to do this is on our website using our online payment facility.

Card payment - All major cards are accepted. You can review your account balance and make a card payment using our online payment facility. You can also make a payment using your card over the phone using our automated card payment service. Alternatively if you wish to set up a regular continuous card payment facility, please call us on 01709 758400 where our staff will assist you with your request. Please be aware that if you pay using a credit card method of payment you may potentially incur interest and charges.

Direct debit - if you wish to pay by direct debit, then contact us on 01709 758400 where our staff will assist you in setting this up.

Standing order - if you wish to pay by Standing Order, please contact us on 01709 758400 where our staff will assist you by providing you with the appropriate bank details for your payments to be sent to.

Cheque and Postal Orders - Cheques and postal orders should be sent directly to us, made payable to Debt Managers (Services) Ltd. Please ensure that you print your reference number on the back of the cheque. If you are using a third-party to write the cheque, please make sure that you print your name and reference number on the back of the cheque.

Bank Giro Credit - You can take your payment slip to any post office and pay with cash or credit/debit card. Please ensure you give them your reference number and name when you make the payment. You can request payment slips online, using our website or by speaking to our staff on the numbers shown above.
